This very large miniature specimen consists of massive Skutterudite in Quartz, coated with pale pink Erythrite - aka Cobalt Bloom for its habit of growing on cobalt-bearing primary minerals. The Erythrite forms silky radiating sprays within cavities and on open surfaces. It is from Rappold mine at Neustädtel in the famous Schneeberg District, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany where Skutterudite specimens are rare.
