SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the location of the specimen, whether it be in our USA Showroom, UK Showroom. Please note that, on occasion, select mineral specimens may be in transit to mineral shows. If a specimen that is currently in transit is ordered, we will contact you by email after your purchase to inform you and discuss available options.
Crystal Classics aims to ship all items within seven (7) days of receiving payment.

Crystal Classics reserves the right to change the shipping rates without notice as determined by the underlying costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When shipping a specimen to a destination outside of the country it is stocked in, it is the clients responsibility for any import duties/tariffs/taxes and customs fees that are issued. International orders are fully insured where possible, and the full value declared on the appropriate customs declaration forms.
SPLIT LOCATION ORDERS
If your order includes specimens located in both our US and UK showrooms, we will contact you by email after your purchase to inform you of any necessary adjustments to the shipping process and to discuss the available options.
SHIPPING SERVICE
Our chosen courier is UPS and we are unable to accommodate differing preferences. If a parcel cannot be delivered after three attempts by UPS, the client will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred due to the parcel being sent back to us. Clients also become fully responsible for their parcel should they choose to reroute their delivery to a different address or UPS Hub. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package if any items are damaged. Include photos and videos of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping box.
