Velvety deep emerald-green pseudomorphs of Malachite after Azurite stand proud of a surrounding carpet of light lime-green pseudomorphs of Bayldonite after Mimetite from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. The Malachite pseudomorphs are up to 1.2 cm tall and show clearly the habit of the former Azurite crystals. Likewise, the Bayldonite occurs as small hexagonal pseudo-crystal. An interesting specimen and of nicely contrasting colour and habit from Tsumeb.
