This miniature specimen is quite an oddity for Cornwall. Originally labelled as Siderite pseudomorphs after Pyrite it appears much more likely to be Goethite pseudomorphs after Pyrite based on these types of pseudomorphs from other localities. Either way it is unusual. From Wheal Owles at Botallack, near St. Just in the west of Cornwall this is a lovely small peculiarity from this part of the world. The replacement of Pyrite is total, with the sharp cubic form preserved in a lovely intergrown aggregate of cubes, individually reaching 9 mm on edge with minor remnant Quartz.
