This mixed golden-honey and burnt golden-toffee group of interpenetrant Fluorite crystals forms an arresting and eye-catching specimen from the W'lsendorf Fluorite Mining District in Bavaria, Germany. The surface of part-developed cubic crystals is a magnificent jumble, with cube edges to 5 cm. Most crystals have gemmy burnt toffee corners and translucent honey faces that grade to clouded pale golden-syrup cores. All crystals show stepped face growth development on both the outside faces and internally within the transparent zones. A most impressive German Fluorite.
