Superb blocky Cerussite crystals radiate out from a central massive black sulphide matrix at the heart of the crystal group. The twinned crystals form an incomplete stellate sixling with four of the six limbs present, although of greatly differing size and asymmetry. From the Tsumeb mine in Namibia, the largest crystal measures 1.9 x 1.4 x 1.5 cm and dominates this small miniature with its size and bright lustre. The specimen is glued to a large square acrylic base, mounted leaning forwards I feel. The glue could be peeled away using warm water if desired.
