A stunning caramel-brown Vanadinite from the Mibladen mining district of Morocco with superb crystal form and a brilliant, eye-catching lustre. This long, narrow specimen is completely covered with perfectly developed thick, chunky hexagonal Vanadinite crystals with vertical striations on the prism faces and conchoidal swirling growth patterns on the flat pinacoids. All the crystals are reasonably large, with many attaining 1.5 cm across flats and averaging 0.8 cm thick. The underlying matrix can only be seen once the specimen is turned over and appears to be a hard, pinkish-cream-tan limestone. An excellent crystallised Vanadinite which will look beautiful displayed.
