A tremendous specimen of lenticular crystals of Smithsonite, accompanied by Rosasite from the famous Tsumeb Mine. The Smithsonite forms a superb array of intergrown crystals to 1cm, with a stacked form seen towards one edge of the specimen. The lustrous green crystals are partly overgrown and included by spherulites and minutely botryoidal blue-green Rosasite. The matrix is composed of Calcite/Dolomite with Sulphide inclusions. A very attractive display Smithsonite.
