A classic Freiberg gemmy-translucent yellow Fluorite specimen from the Huber collection. Well-formed crystals of Fluorite measuring to 9 mm are aggregated and scattered over a thin druse of Quartz, associated with scattered Pyrite crystals. The Fluorite prisms display fine internal zoning, grading from concentric bands of deeper, rather acidic golden yellow into centres of a uniform bright lemon yellow. An excellent large cabinet specimen of beautifully crystallised yellow Fluorite from the ancient mining district around Freiberg in Saxony.
