The Kožlí fluorite deposit in Havlíčkův Brod District, Vysočina Region, Czech Republic was worked before 1907 and again during the 1940s, but specimens are certainly not seen very often in collections. This cabinet-sized specimen from Arvid Pasto's famous Fluorite collection shows the two colours for which the Fluorite from Kožlí is known - pale sea-blue/green and purple, although the former is by far the dominant on this piece. The main crystallized surface reveals a complexity to the Fluorite crystal form, with cubes showing bevelled edges. There is some damage, including fracturing within some of the crystals, but crystallized Fluorite is very rare at this old mine.
