A charming miniature composed of an aesthetic fuchsia-pink Ruby Corundum crystal perched on a small snowy-white block of marble which is attached to a hexagonal section of gooseberry-greenish-brown Dravite Tourmaline. From the Jegdalek Ruby Deposit in the Surobi District of Kabul Province, Afghanistan, the Ruby crystal measures 1.4 cm tall by roughly 0.5 x 0.2 cm in cross-section. The crystal is horizontally stepped and tapers towards its termination. A terrific combination of Ruby with Dravite Tourmaline from this important deposit at Jegdalek.
