A radiating fan of glassy and translucent creamy blades of Baryte perched on a small matrix of intergrown creamy-white Fluorite cubes. In addition to Fluorite, Hilton mine in Scordale, Cumbria, produced magnificent Baryte specimens and this is a choice example with an eye-catching form and lustre with blades typically measuring between 2 and 3.5 cm on edge. A great specimen with the previous collector’s label.
