A fine, small cabinet specimen hosting two rare microcrystalline bismuth minerals from the Junge Kalbe mine at Neustädtel in Saxony, Germany. Small crystallised druses of light beige Atelestite are associated with ball-like crystals of colourless Eulytine covering the surface of a rusty coloured, limonite stained Quartz vein surface. Atelestite is a bismuth arsenate and Eulytine, a bismuth silicate, both of which are seldom encountered in old collections. This is a rich example of both these rare bismuth species.
