Highly reflective tabular crystals of burnt toffee-orange Wulfenite are richly distributed across a Calcite/Aragonite layered crust overlying a medium-grey limestone matrix. The Wulfenite crystals attain 2.3 cm along their edges and are up to 6 mm thick; the latter revealing colour zoning associated with crystal growth. Although some crystals appear partly broken, these edges do look to be re-healed. A most attractive Wulfenite from the Erupci'n mine in Chihuahua, Mexico.
