Stromeyerite is a silver-copper sulphide with the simple composition AgCuS and forms sooty black tangled arrays of interwoven acicular crystals on a terracotta orange Hematite-rich matrix. Also present on the specimen, although not obvious amongst the Stromeyerite, is Chalcocite, Bornite and Tetrahedrite . This small cabinet specimen is from the historic Příbram Mining District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
