Roeblingite - lead calcium manganese silicate sulphate hydroxide hydrate - is an exceptionally rare species worldwide and Parker Shaft at Franklin is the Type Locality, where it was first described. This small thumbnail specimen comes from the Franklin Mining District and shows patches of classic, frosted white, coconut-like Roeblingite intergrown with orange Andradite garnet and pinkish-red Rhodonite, or perhaps Hancockite. Older classic material that is not seen available very often nowadays. Ex Dr. Hans-Jurgen Wilke (1925-2014) Collection.
