An aesthetic and rich specimen of the unusual occurrence of Rhodonite in Galena from North mine at Broken Hill, New South Wales, Australia. The display surface is richly populated with gemmy euhedral Rhodonite crystals, some exceeding 1 cm in length, with lustrous prism faces and some with well defined and slightly rounded terminations. An outstanding specimen of Rhodonite in Galena from Broken Hill, Australia. The matrix is composed of massive, silvery-grey Galena intermixed with a little brassy Chalcopyrite.
