This miniature specimen of Pharmacosiderite is from the classic Cornish occurrence at Wheal Gorland near the village of St. Day in Gwennap parish. Fractured milky vein Quartz is coated and in places cemented by tiny cubic Pharmacosiderite crystals. Unusually for Wheal Gorland, the Pharmacosiderite is an orange-brown colour, rather than the more typical bottle-green, although a greener colour is suggested by photography. Ex Glyn Cunnick collection.
