Osceola mine near Calumet Township, Houghton County, Michigan is famous for beautiful combination specimens of pale green Prehnite with Native Copper inclusions. This fine small cabinet specimen from David Hardman's collection displays this association extremely well and is enhanced by the presence of a little basalt matrix, demonstrating its geological setting. The Prehnite is nicely crystallized, with small glassy crystals lining several cavities and the areas of hackly Native Copper are very visible, reaching over 1.2 cm across.
