A very rich rare specimen of Native Bismuth from the Gang Opal, Schlema, Germany. The Native Bismuth crystals are seen to adorn the display face of the specimen, measuring to 1cm. On the specimen the crystals of Native Bismuth have a rounded form to them. Having a light reddish silvery metallic lustre, with a patine of metallic grey. White translucent rhombic crystals of Calcite are intergrown with the Native Bismuth, and scattered micro-crystals of Quartz. A fine specimen from the mine
