A gorgeous small cabinet specimen of velvet textured, deep emerald-green Malachite pseudomorphs replacing Azurite from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. These crystals richly cover a yellowish-acidic lime green matrix of the rare lead-copper-iron arsenate Gartrellite with occasional glassy unaltered Azurite crystals to about 6 mm long. Some of the pseudomorphed crystals are coated is beautiful circular radiating acicular Malachite needles. A showy and most interesting Tsumeb specimen of Malachite, Azurite and Gartrellite.
