Two large lead-grey dodecahedral Galena crystals, measuring 1.8 and 2.2 cm wide, perched on a flat plate of tan coloured matrix from the Greenhow quarry, the predecessor of the currently operational Coldstones quarry at Greenhow near Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire, England. Attached beneath the matrix are two sub-cm, pale sea-green Fluorite crystals, not typical of Coldstones quarry, but present during the initial years of mining the original Greenhow quarry, from which Coldstones later developed.
