This is a very funky unusual combination specimen. It reportedly comes from Josef mine at Krupka, Teplice District, Ústí nad Labem Region, Czech Republic, but we have found no record of a Josef mine there. It is, nevertheless a very fine, large, intensely amber coloured glassy Fluorite crystal and the studding of its surface with prominent bipyramidal milky Quartz crystals (to 9 mm in length) is quite distinctive, and possibly relates to the Vrchoslav fluorite deposit at Krupka. The crystal, which reaches about 7 cm on edge, is missing its rear, but the front display face is really nice, especially with its combination with individual Quartz crystals and the way light transmits through the amber crystal.
