Quiruvilca mine has a very complex sulphide paragenesis and has produced a lot of worlds' best arsenic-bearing minerals. The Enargite from here is among the absolute best and this copper-arsenic sulphide is a choice miniature from this lush locality. The colour and lustre of this specimen is quite excellent, as most have a rusty, dull appearance which make is less attractive. It is accompanied by some highly lustrous dodecahedral Pyrites within its matrix.
