Dyscrasite is a rare silver antimonide and this is a truly magnificent example of the species. From Uranium Mine No. 21, at H'je, in the P?'bram mining district of the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, the Dyscrasite forms splendid, thick acicular crystals to 2.8 cm long, with most exceeding at least 1 cm. The crystals emanate from a sooty-black to greenish-grey matrix, of probable Native Arsenic or Allemontite. The bronze tinted silver Dyscrasite has a bright metallic lustre with excellent crystals and fine, flat pinacoid terminations. A great specimen.
