This miniature Cobaltoan Smithsonite from Tsumeb mine is admittedly pricier than most for its size - small miniature - but just look at the detail on these crystals. Not only is this the most desirable intense bubble-gum pink one would expect for Cobaltoan Smithsonite but the crystals are beautifully complex with a combination of smooth glassy faces and serrated stepped crystallized edges. Individual crystals reach 5 mm across and are aggregated over a small core of black sulphidic matrix. An absolutely choice Tsumeb miniature from John Schneider's collection.
