A classic, well-developed, silvery-grey cubic crystal of Cobaltite with modified edges, measuring to 8 mm stands well-proud of the mixed sulphide matrix. This fine miniature is from a group of mines referred to as the Håkansboda in Lindesberg, Västmanland, Sweden which have worked a copper and cobalt deposit since the early 1400s. The area is well known for its excellent Cobaltite specimens.
