This superb display quality Brazilianite specimen features a substantial main upright 4.5 x 3.1 cm crystal with many other excellent crystals presented around the main display face. The main crystals display extremely well. It has some minor chipping on one of its termination points and down one edge, but these are not obvious when on display. The crystal has great colour, but is slightly frosted internally towards its base, but more gemmy around its termination. It is sat, like the other Brazilianite crystals, on a bed of white Albite. There are at least seven other gemmy terminated Brazilianite crystals, from 1 to 4 cm in length, protruding at different angles around the specimen, making for a really rich display. It comes with a custom Sunnywood base for optimal display. It is from the superb systematic collection assembled by the brothers Martin and Michael Günther (1951-2007 & 1956-2021).
