A well-developed, transparent to translucent crystal of prismatic, tapering Anglesite measuring to 4 cm, from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. This fine crystal stands prominently above a mixed blocky crystalline Anglesite and granular grey sulphide matrix. Anglesite is one of those minerals which can adopt habits not readily recognisable, but this a superb example of where the crystal form is unambiguous and distinct. A most handsome Anglesite miniature from Tsumeb. Please note the crystal has a small conchoidal chip adjacent to its apex which is reflected in the price.
