This is a lovely miniature Adamite, displaying the very desirable 'fan'-shaped form of crystal sprays. Perched upon the classic iron oxide-rich gossan this specimen shouts Ojuela mine before you even need to look at the label. The crystals are the classic pale lemon-yellow colour and display an excellent bright, greasy to resinous lustre. Free from damage, this is a classic from David Hardman's fine collection, and probably dates to the 1990s or earlier.
