{"product_id":"whiteite-cafemg-with-lazulite","title":"WHITEITE-(CaFeMg)   with LAZULITE","description":"Those of a certain age remember the thrill of the July-August 1992 Mineralogical Record landing on the doormat with the thrill of it be the Yukon Phosphates special issue.  Since then, now over thirty years ago, mineral collecting in this region has been strictly banned, so good example of this wide suite of rare phosphate minerals are less seldom seen nowadays.  This miniature is an excellent crystallised example of the calcium-iron-manganese-magnesium-aluminium phosphate Whiteite-(CaFeMg) named for John S, White of Smithsonian and Mineralogical Record fame.  The Whiteite form as intergrown pseudo-hexagonal crystals of opaque light tan to creamy tan, punctuated with several deep blue Lazurite crystals.  Lazulite is of much simpler composition, being a manganese-aluminium phosphate.  This is a superb specimen for anyone building a site-suite of Yukon phosphates.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46545406623919,"sku":"CC28025","price":800.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC28025.png?v=1770389469","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/whiteite-cafemg-with-lazulite","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
