It is probably from the Himalaya mine but this information has not been recorded with the specimen.  The prism forms a curved sided equilateral triangle in cross section, characteristic of Tourmaline and measures 1.6 cm tall with vertically striated sides and a slight cured and undulating pinacoid termination.
