This small cabinet-sized specimen presents a slightly paler, but still pink, version of the botryoidal Smithsonite renowned for its exceptional chatoyancy. With great botryoidal shape to it and no appreciable damage, this elongated specimen makes a really nice display from this long-since worked out deposit. Looking a little like melted wax, in some areas a faint orange hue is seen, imparted from underneath.
