This heavy, matrixless specimen, is a mass of translucent burnt golden-orange pyramidal crystals with edges up to and exceeding 5 cm in length, some of which become semi-transparent in areas where the colour intensifies.  Under short wave ultraviolet (SWUV) light the Scheelite fluoresces bright cream to snowy-white.   An outstanding specimen of Scheelite which will look superb on display under white light or UV.
