{"product_id":"rhodochrosite-65","title":"RHODOCHROSITE","description":"What's not to love about bright pink rhombic Rhodochrosite crystals? Like many of the manganese mines in the Kalahari Manganese Field, Northern Cape, South Africa, the Hotazel mine produced world-class crystallized Rhodochrosite specimens during the 1960s and 1970s and in a variety of colours and crystal forms. This gorgeous miniature specimen from the Kessler Collection in Germany presents unusually sharp and intact crystals of the most intense pink colour. The crystals are all in excellent condition, with a really fine slightly pearlescent lustre, but it should be noted that a small crack running through the specimen has at some point been stabilized, but requires a microscope to be seen. Situated a few miles southeast of the more famous Wessels and Nchwaning mines the Hotazel mine is an outlier. A really beautiful colour for a Rhodochrosite, or indeed any mineral for that matter.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46793873621167,"sku":"CC56326","price":450.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC56326.png?v=1781001670","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/rhodochrosite-65","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
