The Quartz crystals range from about 1.5 to 5 cm tall and have developed with barrel-shaped prisms, bowing out slightly around their mid-point.  All crystals are translucent white and grade to colourless, partly transparent tips. The terminations are squat, forming acute-pyramidal slopes.  Although minor, the bubble gum to coral-pink Rhodochrosite forms curved and nested saddle-shaped rosettes around and between the Quartz crystals.
