{"product_id":"quartz-var-sceptre-amethyst-22","title":"QUARTZ var. Sceptre Amethyst","description":"Sceptred Quartz specimens with Amethyst tips and Milky stems are always fun things to see. In 2019, a small pocket of crystals were discovered in the Chiredzi mining district, Masvingo, Zimbabwe but their supply was short-lived, perhaps because no similar pockets where found. Virtually all of the specimens consist of a narrow, poorly crystallized stem with a wider, sometimes almost doubly-terminated, short prismatic crystal on top. This 6.5 cm long specimen is quite different in that it has a second small sceptre at the other end of the 'stem', making it extremely distinctive and like a wand. The 'main' top Amethyst crystal is deep purple to partially Smoky in colour, doubly-terminated but with crenulated, multiple terminations at its tip. The lower crystal is pale gemmy purple with great transparency. There looks to be a very slight rub to one side of the termination of the larger crystal, but this is still a really lovely piece and something to certainly grab the attention of those who see it.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46792080720047,"sku":"CC20141","price":250.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC20141.png?v=1782212743","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/quartz-var-sceptre-amethyst-22","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
