Rather than presenting an aggregate of tapering, seed-like orange-brown crystals with distinctive paler yellow hoppered terminations, it has tapering brown crystals with paler brown interiors and slightly clustered terminations, but without the prominent paler colour-zoned tips. A later generation of tiny yellow Pyromorphite crystals are scattered about the bases of some of the large (up to 8 mm) Pyromorphite crystals.
