It is from Ogonja (Onganja) in the Windhoek District, Namibia, famed for its remarkable crystallization's of Native Copper in dendritic and arborescent forms. Branching and feather-like in form this specimen also has an almost skeletal appearance in parts. It has one main 'stem' but from this a wispy branch protrudes weirdly from it. Lower down, the main branch splits in two opposing directions.
