This very fine cabinet specimen has in excess of 18 crystals of over 5 mm across and many exceed 1 cm.  The crystals display many varied forms, usually with stepped growth and are a highly lustrous, glassy grass-green.  They sit on a uniform carpet of greenish-brown Siderite micro-crystals which cover the flat surface of a rusty orange-tan fine conglomerate matrix.  An excellent specimen and example of Ludlamite.
