{"product_id":"londonite","title":"LONDONITE","description":"Londonite is a rare caesium beryllium oxide found in pegmatites and is named not for the city, but the internationally famed pegmatite expert Dr David London of the University of Oklahoma.   This superb specimen is from Antsongombato Gem mine in the Betafo District of Vakinankaratra Region, Antananarivo Province, Madagascar.   Specimens such as this from Madagascar, when unanalysed, should really be labelled Londonite-Rhodizite series, but as far as we understand this is a Londonite.  Londonite crystallises in the isometric system and on this cabinet specimen forms equant, crisp dodecahedral prisms of pale lemon yellow with outer translucent faces grading to an opaque centre.  This is an outstanding specimen of this rare pegmatite species.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46545410588847,"sku":"CC28243","price":7500.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC28243.png?v=1770389880","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/londonite","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
