Pale coloured brecciated siliceous rock matrix is cemented together by large crystallized masses of deep olive-green glossy Libethenite crystals. These crystals (which reach up to 4 mm in size) have been able to grow freely into cavities with a small area of blue-green microbotryoidal Pseudomalachite at one end. In some cavities the Libethenite crystals are magnificently glassy, transparent, and stunningly vibrant green.
