That is why this crystal really stands out for attention, as it measures a full 5 x 4.5 x 4 cm and is in incredible overall condition. Its four upper corners are intact and in superb condition with its lower four corners all cleaved, or missing, but these do not stand out as obvious flaws when positioned for display. With a great glassy lustre and good translucency, it presents an excellent internal zonation in colour, with an intense root-beer coloured cubic core, surrounded by a darker brown rim, with a paler, cream-coloured outer 5 mm wide zone. Its sides, although very smooth and glassy, reveal some stepped crystal surfaces, usually towards the centre of each face. Tucked around the lower part of the crystal are individual and rosetted colourless to white blades of Celestine which are embedded within the surface of the Fluorite crystal.
