{"product_id":"fluorite-713","title":"FLUORITE","description":"Skinner Lode was a very specific Fluorite discovery at Silver Creek Valley in the Oatman Mining District, Mohave County, Arizona, USA, during the 1990s. One of the features of this occurrence were colour-zoned crystals of Fluorite where an early generation of ruby red to cerise octahedral Fluorite crystals are overgrown by glassy pale sea-green stepped octahedral Fluorite crystals whose growth is in an opposite plane to the original crystal. This small cabinet-sized piece displays this unique form well, with individual and small groups of crystals scattered across the cream coloured rock surface. The crystals reach up to 1 cm across. There is some damage to a few of the crystals, but if anything this allows the complex internal formation to be understood and enjoyed.
