A light grey Calcite matrix is richly coated with arresting golden-syrup, acidic yellow cubic Fluorite crystals averaging around 5 to 7 mm on edge.  These vary between gemmy-transparent and semi-transparent, with brilliant glassy reflective faces.  Some of the crystals are sparsely dusted with micro-botryoidal hemispheres,  possibly of Siderite or one of the sulphides found at this locality.
