{"product_id":"ferberite-10","title":"FERBERITE","description":"A thick, dense, black bladed crystal of Wolframite (Ferberite) from the famous Cornish tungsten deposit at Castle-an-Dinas near St. Columb Major. The crystal is not terminated, but none ever are from Cornwall or Devon due to their geological circumstances, but it does show a great bladed shape. Mined during the First and Second World Wars and closed in 1958, this was one of the richest occurrences of tungsten mineralization in England. Ex Malcolm Southwood Collection, no. MS 2014.244, and ex Cowan Collection, it is also accompanied by an older typed label, \"Wolframite Castle an Dinas mine, Roche 008\/Q\" with the same number marked on the back of the specimen. Under magnification a small area of dark grey sulphide has the appearance of Stannite\/Kesterite.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46793755984047,"sku":"CC48016","price":150.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC48016.png?v=1784021201","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/ferberite-10","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
