Cyan to electric blue blades of Clinoclase with a brilliant glassy lustre  fill small 1 cm wide cavities in a highly altered iron-rich granite, dominated by earthy apricot orange and yellowish tan patches.   The Clinoclase crystals measure up to about 5 mm and often appear almost black due to the intensity of their colour.
