As with most specimens from this mine, the Chrysoberyl is not gemmy, but is the dark green variety Alexandrite. The individual twinned crystals reach an impressive 2.3 cm across with well-defined, but smooth rounded faces. There are lots of crystals present, but their intergrown state means that none show completely in 360 degrees.
