Many spectacular finds have been made, principally of fine Calcite clusters dusted with bright Chalcopyrite crystals.  This example of octahedral Galena crystals coated in earth light grey to white Cerussite is more an ugly brute, although beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I rather like it!  It might not be as attractive as the Calcite, but these Galena clusters were (and still are) much more difficult to find.  It comes with a John Jones label dated 8th June 2007 and was found in cavern mineralisation of the west face, top bench.
