{"product_id":"calcite-with-sphalerite-1","title":"CALCITE with SPHALERITE","description":"World-famous for its striking large and colourful golden scalenohedral Calcite crystals, the Elmwood mine at Carthage, Smith County, Tennessee, USA is one of the best-known mineral-producing localities in the whole world with stunning display specimens gracing museum cabinets world-wide. This lovely display specimen features two classic large scalenohedral Calcite crystals diverging out from a small plate of crystallized black Sphalerite. The largest crystal reaches over 9 cm in length and although it does not show an iconic  intense golden-coloured tip it is in really excellent condition. The second crystal, is a similar colour but has a small nibble out from one side of the crystal. Nevertheless, it combines with the first crystal to make a dramatic display. With support this makes a really fine crystallized Calcite for display. Ex Martin Kershaw Collection, this piece most likely dates to the 1970s or 1980s.","brand":"Crystal Classics","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":46735215722671,"sku":"CC53884","price":650.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0710\/8516\/2671\/files\/CC53884.png?v=1775048726","url":"https:\/\/crystalclassics.com\/products\/calcite-with-sphalerite-1","provider":"Crystal Classics","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
